REMINDER: Counsellor’s Consent Form

When Parent/Teacher Interview letters were handed out to the students in the first week of Term Two, a permission form was attached to this letter for all parents in regards to School Counselling. These permission forms enable your child to have access to this support service without delay, when required, with our counsellor, Mrs. Tania MacDonald.

Could parents please sign these forms and return them to the school as soon as possible. It is important that these permission forms are immediately returned and signed so the Counsellor can provide this valuable support for your child.

If you do not have a form please contact me at reception on 58588200 and a new form will be issued to you again.
